Lisa Ward is a passionate Registered Nurse from Baton Rouge, LA. She is currently working on a huge personal project that will make a difference in hundreds of lives. Her challenge: Work out 20 minutes every day and meditate 20 minutes every day. She already cleaned up her garage and had everything set up way before the challenge start date!
